Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end, from opportunities to shipped experiences.
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace to balance creator and consumer needs.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences with personalization and trust signals.
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped multi-user products.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior or lead level.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience.
• Deep understanding of marketplace discovery: search, ranking, recommendations, engagement, trust
• Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development using Cursor, Claude Code, v0
