📋 Description

• Shape how project management and issue tracking evolve in an AI-native world into usable tools.
• Design AI-enabled workflows in YouTrack, from conversational interfaces to inline automation.
• Develop interaction patterns for AI confidence, transparency, and user control.
• Prototype and test concepts quickly, reducing friction.
• Keep a large product coherent so boards, helpdesks, reports, and admin feel like a single engine.
• Partner with product management and engineering to shape roadmap priorities from design.

🎯 Requirements

• Led design of complex, data-rich productivity tools where IA is a primary challenge.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems beyond single-turn prompts, incl. agentic workflows.
• Experience mentoring and leading other designers with clear, high-impact feedback.
• Ability to design unified experiences for startups and enterprises simultaneously.
• Portfolio showing micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
• Clarity in writing and reasoning, able to explain complex design decisions clearly.
