Lead Product Engineer - Pricing

📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap: gather needs from growth partners and stakeholders, prioritise them and
• Translate business goals into measurable product objectives.
• Write clear design docs and decision records, and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Turn manual, engineer-dependent processes into self-serve product capabilities.
• Design and build the bridge between offline models and online prices: how a model output computed
• Diagnose complex implementation challenges, reproduce failures, test hypotheses, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building and running production systems, with a track record of owning products end to
• Strong backend engineering ideally in Python (Django, FastAPI or similar), PostgreSQL and
• A generalist mindset: you're comfortable across the whole stack and not afraid to pick up frontend
• Solid data skills: advanced SQL, a modern warehouse (Snowflake or similar) and orchestrated
• Experience bridging data and backend teams: you’ve brought data outputs into transactional systems
• Hands-on experience designing and analysing online experiments, and a healthy scepticism of results
