Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product vision and strategy for Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain.
• Lead discovery and prioritisation across hiring and onboarding.
• Translate strategy into execution with roadmaps and metrics.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable UX.
• Collaborate with Ops, Legal/Compliance, and GTM for alignment.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with end-to-end ownership.
• 3+ years in HR tech, hiring, onboarding, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered and automation-driven features.
• Highly data-driven with qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Experience in multinational cross-functional environments.
