Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the outcome, end to end. Define the roadmap and execution for a member-facing area that spans
• Work across everything. Partner with product, design, engineering, clinical, data and growth teams
• Build AI-native experiences. Use AI as the foundation, not an add-on, to reinvent how members get
• Stay close to members. Run continuous discovery, read real member conversations and feedback, and
• Ship fast and learn faster. Prototype, experiment and iterate quickly, and prove impact with clear
• Make the hard calls. Prioritize ruthlessly, say no when it matters, and make trade-offs explicit;

🎯 Requirements

• Extreme ownership: You own outcomes, not tasks. When something breaks, you take responsibility
• Solid product management: 5+ years in product management (Senior) or 7+ years (Staff), with a track
• Excellent communication: You write clearly and concisely, and you can explain the same decision to
• Cross-functional influence: Experience working in multi-product or platform-like environments where
• AI fluency: Hands-on understanding of how AI products are built, evaluated and improved, and you
• Member-first mindset: Deep empathy for users, and the instinct to turn complexity into simple
