Lead, Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take product ownership for a key Bitpanda Enterprise area and drive its roadmap.
• Translate client and market needs into scalable product capabilities and direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Partner Success.
• Engage external partners (banks, fintechs, brokers) to understand needs.
• Structure complex problems, align stakeholders on scope, risks, and delivery.
• Drive product discovery, define requirements, write docs, and ensure lifecycle execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM in B2B/SaaS/fintech or regulated tech.
• End-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high-pressure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with engineering, compliance, legal, sales, operations.
• Commercially aware; impact on clients, revenue, risk, scalability.
• Excellent English; German a plus.
