Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and scale key product areas within Overjet’s insurance AI platform, focusing on claims
• Drive prioritization and execution across multiple workstreams, balancing near-term delivery with
• Translate complex customer needs and insurer workflows into clear product requirements and
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and ML teams to deliver production-ready solutions
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Operations to ensure product decisions align with real customer
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data, customer feedback, and operational impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products
• Proven ability to own and scale complex product areas in fast-moving environments
• Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on backend- or data-heavy systems
• Ability to make sound tradeoffs and move quickly without losing focus on outcomes
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment
