📋 Description

• Own MCP & AI ecosystem strategy for Lattice.
• Ship integrations to expand admin/manager use of Lattice data.
• Build durable foundations: authentication, agentic execution, and evals.
• Advise MCP tool design & integration infra with engineers.
• Partner with GTM teams to launch integrations with measurable impact.
• Own outcomes and key results across integration adoption and ecosystem growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PM with integrations/platform ownership.
• Experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems.
• Fluent in integration patterns, data sync, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Proven track record shipping scalable integrations with Eng and GTM.
• Ability to turn a platform into a competitive advantage.
• Clear, confident communication to align internal and external teams.
