Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the PM team for Forto’s financial execution flow.
• Own the Financials product strategy across revenue, costs, VAT, FX.
• Turn messy financial, operational, and data problems into clear direction.
• Protect margin, reduce leakage, and improve cost-to-serve.
• Build narratives aligning Finance, Ops, Eng, Product, Data, and Leadership.
• Coach two PMs and help them grow in ownership and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management in complex B2B/logistics.
• Experience coaching or managing Product Managers (2+ years).
• Strong systems thinking linking product, data, operations, and financial outcomes.
• Strong product judgement in ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear narratives.
• Comfort in financially sensitive, regulated, or audit-relevant environments.
