Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product direction for the full model lifecycle (data, training, eval, release, monitoring).
• Own data strategy: acquisition, consent, usage rights, sampling, labeling.
• Turn model quality questions into decisions with eval metrics and latency budgets.
• Collaborate with product engineering; align model work with GTM needs.
• Define the model roadmap and make trade-offs: quality vs latency, train vs fine-tune vs buy.
• Write clear memos, decisions, and specs that engineers read.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on production model experience: trained, fine-tuned, or served.
• 2+ years of product ownership; accountable for outcomes.
• Fluency across model and serving stacks; eval design and trade-offs.
• Direct communicator; writes memos and specs that engineers read.
• Nice to have: speech experience, data pipelines, and inference infrastructure.
