• Own end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems from conceptual design to post-launch
• Lead hypothesis-driven development by overseeing A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI
• Act as force multiplier for product team, mentoring junior PMs and fostering culture of excellence
• Serve as primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management of F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
• Proven impact: track record of significantly moving needle on monetization and retention for
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights; proficiency
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills, ability to distill complex strategies into
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
