📋 Description

• Lead the Banners team, owning Braze's in-product messaging surfaces: Content Cards and Banners.
• Drive adoption of shipped capability and sustained usage, including better defaults, faster time to
• Make creation faster and more intelligent, enabling AI-assisted (Operator) creation flows.
• Make these surfaces first-class programmable products, driving REST API parity, translations
• Own hard technical product work at scale: render latency at the 99th percentile, SDK dependencies
• Set the measurement bar for adoption, usage, and performance, and hold the team to baselines and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including owning a product line at scale.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills, with ability to influence
• A proactive, positive, can-do attitude, driving projects to completion excellently.
• Comfortable being technical, able to reason about client-side rendering, SDK integration, API
• Build rich user experiences and work closely with designers.
• Data-driven by instinct, using adoption funnel and usage data before anecdotes.
