Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product vision and strategy for Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain.
• Lead discovery and prioritisation across hiring/onboarding problems.
• Translate strategy into execution with roadmaps, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, quality UX.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Go-to-Market for feasibility.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with end-to-end ownership.
• 3+ years in HR tech, hiring/onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills.
• Hands-on experience building or iterating AI-powered and automation-driven features.
• Highly data-driven with qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Multinational, cross-functional experience; comfortable with ambiguity.
