Lead Product Manager, Consumer

📋 Description

• Own consumer app discovery and social discovery to boost engagement.
• Define discovery scope with UXR, design, and leadership; translate to bets.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Define and own key consumer metrics; run experiments to learn.
• Balance trade-offs between organizer needs and product goals.
• Coach the team and foster continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM experience in a consumer marketplace or social app.
• Led and shipped large initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Prototyping skills; prototype concepts with AI.
• Run top-of-funnel discovery and visioning (archetypes, problem mapping).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Familiar with Agile; Jira, Productboard, Linear or similar.
• Passionate about live events and IRL experiences.
