• Define and drive the multi-year product strategy for customer-facing EMR integrations, with a
• Establish product priorities and investment recommendations by balancing customer needs, business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product management, digital health, healthcare technology
• 5+ years of experience implementing, improving, or supporting Epic EMR workflows within a health
• Demonstrated success leading complex product strategies and cross-functional initiatives with
• Significant experience with healthcare interoperability, clinical workflows, and scalable technical
• Deep understanding of interoperability standards and technologies, including HL7, FHIR, APIs, and
