🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Direct experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or
• A clear and informed point of view on the future of employee listening
• A track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact product problems from strategy through execution
• Deep customer empathy and an ability to understand HR leaders
• Strong product judgment
