Lead Product Manager, Identity Platform

📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for Mindbody’s unified identity platform, serving as the foundation for
• Enhance consumer identity systems with features that business customers need to provide seamless
• Launch features to targeted demographics while monitoring impact.
• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all staff users of B2B Mindbody software, ensuring
• Lead the strategy and execution of large-scale identity migrations and rollouts, ensuring secure
• Define and evolve granular, customizable permission and role models for enterprise customers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Identity
• Demonstrated success owning IAM for both enterprise (B2B) and consumer products.
• Experience defining and implementing unified identity platforms across multiple SaaS applications
• Proven track record leading major identity migrations, login-related transitions, and high-scale
• Deep expertise in identity standards and technologies: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML SSO, OIDC
• Hands-on experience building or managing complex permissions and role-based access control (RBAC)
