Lead Product Manager, MyHumana Medication Management Experience

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities for medication experience
• Identify member, business, and operational opportunities through customer research, analytics
• Lead product discovery initiatives to validate customer problems, opportunities, and potential
• Develop business cases and recommendations that connect product investments to measurable customer
• Own product delivery end-to-end, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Product Management experience with increasing levels of ownership and
• Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and strategy
• Proven ability to define and measure outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, analytics, experimentation, and
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and
• Strong experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements, features, user
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product

• Annual base salary range of $126,300–$173,700.
