📋 Description

• Own the evolution of the platform foundation for behavioral intelligence in enterprise healthcare.
• Lead product strategy for platform, integrations, and orchestration with Engineering, Data Science
• Define requirements that translate behavioral science and AI into coordinated interventions across
• Drive integration strategy with partner platforms, EHR/HL7/FHIR ecosystems, and interoperability
• Envision and deliver platform capabilities that scale across clients and markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and trade-offs for platform outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years progressive product management, focusing on enterprise platforms or integrations.
• Strong to excellent ability to shepherd complex platform initiatives from discovery through
• Deep experience with partner integrations, data flows, APIs, and system interoperability.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong product fundamentals: discovery, outcomes-driven prioritization, success metrics.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, regulatory considerations, and secure product design.
