Lead Product Manager, Shopping Experience

📋 Description

• Set the strategy for Minted's discovery experience in partnership with engineering and design.
• Prioritize growth levers and customer problems, then consider the solution space.
• Set objectives, key results, roadmap, and initiative scope consistent with strategy.
• Own and maintain the prioritized list of customer problems across surfaces.
• Define strategy for turning the new product data foundation into customer value.
• Develop and lead initiative strategies spanning multiple teams and functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of product management experience building and shipping successful consumer e-commerce or
• Track record of setting product strategy for a team or surface area with accountability for outcomes
• Experience leading initiatives spanning multiple teams and functions
• Direct experience owning discovery surfaces: search, browse, navigation, category, or product
• Experience building or materially improving an experimentation program
