Lead Product Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Own senior/executive stakeholder communications; negotiate scope/timeline.
• Review and transform complex financial datasets for platform import.
• Advise strategic customers on data structures for onboarding and performance.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex/high-risk onboarding.
• Identify and lead systemic-change initiatives: automation and tooling.
• Delegate and coach junior Onboarding Managers on prioritization and QA.
• Build partnerships across PM, Product, Eng, CS; create AI onboarding workflows.
• Build scalable AI workflows to automate team-wide processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data-heavy finance roles (investment banking, consulting, private markets).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record managing executive-level customer relationships for enterprise/global accounts.
• Experience designing AI workflows across tools/data sources with measurable outcomes.
• Proven data-quality risk management at scale; QA reviews.
• Strong Excel expertise; manipulating large datasets.
