📋 Description

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities.
• Own and prioritize product backlog and user stories.
• Serve as primary liaison for Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Align initiatives with business goals and budgets.
• Lead planning, support Agile ceremonies, improve delivery.
• Use data-driven insights to decide and guide execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years in product ownership/management or related leadership.
• At least 2 years in product/solution/delivery/Agile leadership.
• Experience in Agile environments; SAFe familiarity.
• Ability to define requirements, manage priorities, align stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
