📋 Description

• Set the design direction for a critical product area, identifying the most important customer and
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, conducting research, synthesizing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating significant
• 5+ years of experience designing complex enterprise SaaS products or similarly sophisticated
• A track record of leading design for a substantial product area, including setting direction
• Strong product judgment and the ability to move comfortably between customer needs, product
• Deep experience with qualitative and quantitative research and the ability to turn customer
• Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering leaders and influencing decisions
