📋 Description

• Lead a team of Packaging Technicians in daily production tasks such as filling, weighing, sealing
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards while maintaining accurate data
• Drive production metrics (quantity, quality, productivity) and manage shift performance from
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues, ensuring tools are clean, calibrated, and
• Train, coach, and support team members to uphold SOPs, GMP, and safety best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and workflow goals
