• Lead a team of Packaging Technicians in daily production tasks, including filling, sealing
• Oversee all lab product filling and packaging activities while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping for all products and materials.
• Perform and guide team members in tasks such as filling capsules, concentrates, syringes, and
• Monitor and drive productivity metrics, tracking performance hourly and daily.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
