• Lead roadmap development and establish governance and prioritization frameworks
• Align resources with the highest-value initiatives
• Transform business needs into scalable reporting products and reusable, self-service insights
• Connect business strategy with analytics, data, product, and technology capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to improve decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Experience establishing intake, prioritization, value measurement, and capacity management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story development, minimum viable
• Knowledge of healthcare quality programs, Stars ratings, risk adjustment, interoperability, or
• Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Databricks and Azure SQL (Preferred)
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives and self-service analytics transformations
• Must have a dedicated, interruption-free workspace suitable for protecting sensitive health

• Annual base salary: $115,200–$158,400
