📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across engineering, product, QA, and DevOps.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to improve leadership visibility.
• Manage scope, timeline, quality, risks, dependencies, readiness.
• Use AI tools and AI agents to automate routine tasks.
• Track budgets and cloud costs; drive cost optimization.
• Improve Agile, DevOps, release readiness, and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years as Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Release Manager, or similar.
• Strong technical understanding; collaborate with engineering leaders and architects.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs.
• Budget planning, tracking, cost control, and operational reporting.
• Cloud cost tracking or FinOps experience.
