📋 Description

• Lead cross-department programs from concept to completion.
• Drive CXone infrastructure initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
• Translate market requirements into actionable work items for teams.
• Manage plans, estimates, documents, and lifecycle to deliver features on time.
• Ensure transparency and provide updates to executives and sponsors.
• Coordinate releases across environments and manage dependencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Program/Project/Product Management with formal methods.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional teams and milestones.
• Translate non-technical requirements into technical specs and use cases.
• Strong communication with executives and partner organizations.
• ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce; Agile/Scrum; PMP a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
