Create and maintain technical documentation for internal platforms
Set and enforce documentation quality standards across platform and engineering teams
Work with platform engineers, PMs, and agents to keep docs current
Identify and close content gaps using feedback and usage data
Structure technical content for developer search patterns
Manage documentation lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in technical writing, developer education, technical program management, or related
Proven track record in API docs, developer guides, platform-focused content
Strong command of Markdown, HTML, documentation tooling (Hugo, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub)
Experience with Git-based content workflows
Ability to explain complex topics to different developer personas
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
