📋 Description

• Lead the curation of documentation for Grab's engineering platforms, ensuring it is accurate
• Develop and curate learning resources for engineers, including onboarding materials, e-learning
• Design learning pathways that help engineers get started, build proficiency, and continue
• Partner with engineering, product, and other subject-matter experts to identify knowledge gaps
• Establish content standards, templates, and review processes that help teams create and maintain
• Define and report on measures of content quality and learning effectiveness. Use feedback and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical writing, developer education, technical program management, or a related field
• Proven track record creating API docs, developer guides, and platform-focused content
• Strong command of Markdown, HTML, and documentation tooling (e.g., Hugo, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub)
• Experience with Git-based content workflows
• Break down complex technical topics for different developer personas — backend, SRE, ML, mobile
• Ability to manage multiple content tracks simultaneously
