Lead Program Manager - FedRAMP

📋 Description

• Own and manage the end-to-end federal compliance program within GRC, with primary responsibility
• Lead continuous monitoring, maintain SSPs, coordinate evidence collection, and prepare compliance
• Plan and oversee security assessments with third-party assessors and Authorizing Officials.
• Manage identification, tracking, and resolution of assessment findings and compliance gaps.
• Partner with Security, Engineering, and Product teams to translate federal requirements into
• Collaborate on system boundaries, inherited controls, and shared responsibility models.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or security assurance with
• Proven experience managing compliance in SaaS/cloud/tech with security assessments and remediation.
• Strong working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53.
• Experience maintaining SSPs and coordinating assessments.
• Technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and shared responsibility models.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering and Security teams.
