🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years managing technical or digital projects.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring Project Managers.
• Experience managing multiple complex software projects simultaneously.
• Strong SDLC knowledge.
• Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication.
