• Lead complex customer programs and steer outcomes.

• Manage resources, scope, and budgets across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with executives and teams; primary contact for requests.
• Regularly communicate status and keep PSA updates for reporting.
• Proactively manage and escalate risks to minimize impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Client-facing PM experience in enterprise software with multiple projects.
• Maintain project plans, risk/issue/action logs; drive resolution.
• Strong communication and consulting background; manage stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience leading consulting teams onshore and offshore.
• Experience positioning services, writing proposals, and SOWs with customers/partners.
• History of working with partner ecosystems and co-delivery.
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations.
• Strong analytical skills applying technology solutions to business problems.
