Lead Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex transformational customer programs and steer toward defined outcomes.
• Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines from kickoff through training, ensuring on-time
• Manage resources, scope, budget, and detailed plans for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with executives, process owners, and technical teams; primary contact for feature
• Regularly communicate status, risks, and issues; maintain Celonis PSA system updates for reporting.
• Proactively escalate risks and guide internal/external stakeholders to minimize impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Client-facing PM experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects.
• Strong PM discipline: plans, risk/issue/action logs, issue resolution with customers and executives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience leading consulting teams onshore and
• Experience in positioning services, writing proposals and statements of work with customers and
• Experience with partner ecosystems and co-delivery management.
• Fluent Japanese and Business English required.
