Lead Project Manager (German speaker)

📋 Description

• Lead complex transformational programs and steer projects toward outcomes.
• Plan, schedule, and manage timelines from kickoff through training to meet requirements.
• Manage resources, scope, and budget across multiple projects with detailed plans.
• Collaborate with executives, process owners, and technical teams; primary contact for requests.
• Regularly communicate status and keep Celonis PSA updates for reporting.
• Proactively manage risks and issues to minimize impact on success.

🎯 Requirements

• Client-facing PM experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects.
• Extensive PM discipline experience: plans, risks, logs, and resolution with customers/executives.
• Strong communication and consulting background; ability to manage stakeholders and timelines.
• Experience managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore.
• Experience positioning Services, writing proposals, and statements of work within ecosystems.
• History working with partner ecosystems and co-delivery.
