Lead Project Manager – Grid Automation

📋 Description

• Lead the complete project execution lifecycle, from tender and contract handover through delivery
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout project execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, contract administration, contract
• Take ownership of project performance across safety, quality, scope, costs, schedules, and risk
• Manage project portfolios and ensure accurate forecasting, timely delivery, sales realization, cash
• Develop and monitor project action plans, providing monthly updates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of professional experience in electricity grid engineering, grid automation, or
• Demonstrated experience managing complex customer-facing projects in electricity transmission
• Strong knowledge of power grid technologies, particularly digital substations, protection systems
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies, tools, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and
• PMP certification is an advantage
