Lead Project Manager (Swedish speaker)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Celonis implementations for strategic customers.
• Articulate Services value proposition; draft statements of work pre-sales.
• Identify further Services needs; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering; primary contact for requests.
• Communicate project status; update in the PSA system.
• Manage risks and issues; mentor the implementation team and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish required.
• Client-facing PM with enterprise software implementations; multi-project delivery.
• Strong PM discipline: project plans, risk/issue logs; drive resolutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; manage timelines.
• Experience leading onshore and offshore consulting teams; partners resources.
• Experience positioning services; writing proposals and SOWs in ecosystem.
