Lead Project Planner (Hydropower)

📋 Description

• Lead the development, integration, optimization, maintenance, and governance of project schedules
• Define planning approaches, schedule strategies, governance frameworks, and baseline requirements
• Drive baseline development and schedule freeze processes across multiple project functions.
• Conduct advanced schedule analysis, including critical path assessment, float erosion, impact and
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities and work with project teams to develop mitigation
• Support committed schedules, rebaselines, and schedule strategies associated with project changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience within EPC or complex project environments.
• Advanced knowledge of project planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Significant experience supporting hydropower, energy, infrastructure, industrial, or similarly
• Demonstrated experience with schedule recovery, change management, delay analysis, and schedule

• $87,000–$145,000 U.S. base salary range, with geographic differentials of 110%, 120%, or 130% in
