Lead Psychiatrist, Outpatient Pediatric Services PT

📋 Description

• Lead clinical leadership and quality assurance for evidence-based, culturally responsive care.
• Monitor and analyze clinical quality and performance metrics.
• Develop and enhance clinical training materials.
• Provide consultation to supervisors on clinical and administrative matters.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise psychiatric providers; mentor staff.
• Direct patient care: maintain a small caseload; collaborate with PCPs.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• ABPN Board Certification in Child Psychiatry.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the United States (IMLC preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of management/supervision of licensed independent providers.
• Experience with Virtual Care and telepsychiatry platforms.
• DEIB-focused, culturally responsive care.
