📋 Description

• Lead QA across scrum teams to deliver projects.
• Architect and maintain scalable test automation for web, API, and DB.
• Define automation, regression, performance, and security testing strategies.
• Write and review automated tests; integrate with CI/CD.
• Own QA backlog; drive automation coverage and infra testing.
• Mentor QA engineers and elevate testing practices across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in QA for B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading or mentoring Quality Engineers.
• Deep knowledge of test methodologies, coverage, and standards.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright, Selenium, Katalon; CI/CD.
• Performance testing: JMeter, LoadRunner, NeLoad; API testing with Postman.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science; strong cross-functional collaboration.
