Lead QA Engineer, AI Automation

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the technical strategy for AI-enhanced test automation
• Lead the migration of automation suites from Selenium to Playwright
• Manage the daily automation and AI-related activities of the offshore vendor team
• Take ownership of test case management and regression/defect tracking in qTest
• Collaborate with SAP and P2M functional teams to integrate automation coverage
• Support QA needs for Hasbro CLM through its migration to AWS

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of QA automation experience, including lead-level ownership of automation strategy
• Practical experience with Tricentis Tosca
• Solid practical experience with Playwright, including transitioning from Selenium
• Demonstrated experience applying AI-augmented automation approaches
• Experience with qTest for managing test cases and tracking regression/defects
• Testing background across SAP and P2M platforms
