Lead Quest Designer

📋 Description

• Define and promote quest design standards
• Mentor level designers across production
• Lead team and ensure open-world quest integration
• Ensure quests support exploration, progression, survival systems
• Maintain regular communication with departments
• Collaborate with production, directors, and leads

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of quest design experience
• Leadership experience a plus
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• At least one published console/PC quest title
• College diploma in Computer Science, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Games, or equivalent
• Bilingual English/French is an asset
• Proficiency with multimedia software (Office, Adobe, Atlassian)
