📋 Description

• Own and execute short- and long-term hiring strategies for complex roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements and hiring plans.
• Guide stakeholders on role design and interview approach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via multiple sourcing channels.
• Design structured, inclusive interview processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting/HR experience with full-cycle recruiting for complex roles.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruiting practices, sourcing, and ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Data-driven, using recruiting metrics to improve outcomes.
