🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in recruiting/HR with full-cycle experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Sourcing, assessment, and ATS expertise (Greenhouse preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership
• Experience using recruiting data/metrics
