Lead Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end hiring process across Academy, experienced hires and local hiring needs for the
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, build role profiles and job descriptions, source and
• Maintain an active, relevant talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment processes are well organised, timely and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Own internal and external communications throughout the process: pre-briefs, pre-debriefs
• Own Academy and experienced hiring targets for the Argentina hub.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including experience managing or
• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment across open roles, and confident partnering with senior
• Candidate-focused, with the emotional intelligence to read different perspectives and create a
• Comfortable with an ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent) and adopting AI-enabled recruitment tools in
• Track record of improving recruitment processes, not just running the ones already in place.
