Lead Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Serve as point person for executive scheduling, manage panels and onsite interviews.
• Control access to sensitive candidate information and protect confidentiality.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and executive assistants to run scheduling and onsite logistics.
• Build KPI reporting for coordination: scheduling speed, interview volume, SLA.
• Build and own coordination playbooks and docs, updating as we scale.
• Find friction in coordination and propose solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting coordination or a comparable role, including executive scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience standing up or overhauling recruiting processes or systems.
• Experience with workflow automation, systems integrations, or recruiting tool implementations.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and building without a fully defined playbook.
