• Lead the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, including complex and strategic
• Provide guidance on complex renewal structures, pricing considerations, negotiations, and
• Own the internal quoting and Order Form process for your portfolio, ensuring agreements are
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and regional leadership, acting as a
