Lead Research Advisor/Customer Success Lead

📋 Description

• Act as a Dscout expert to train customers on functionality and methodology.
• Consult with customers to design research on our platform.
• Collaborate on high-impact research projects (planning, recruiting, fielding).
• Help customers derive insights using Dscout’s analysis tools.
• Partner with Sales to drive retention and expansion, reduce churn.
• Manage 1-3 Research Advisors; travel occasionally for onsite visits.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in research; CS/consulting exposure.
• Lead complex qualitative research engagements across all phases.
• Consult with clients to drive product adoption and maximize CLV.
• 1+ years managing a team.
• BA/BS in anthropology, sociology, market research, design research, or HCI.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
