Lead, Retention Strategy

📋 Description

• Track retention metrics across segments, geographies, and cohorts to identify churn.
• Partner with Research, Analytics, Data Science, and Support to shape retention opportunities.
• Analyze journeys from onboarding to renewal to improve value and renewal rates.
• Collaborate with Product, Lifecycle, Monetization, and Payments to boost retention.
• Own retention experiments roadmap: sizing, prioritization, metrics, and scale.
• Lead cross-functional cadence and accountability across partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in retention strategy, growth, analytics, or related field.
• Experience in subscription/recurring revenue settings with retention focus.
• Strong analytical skills using data to diagnose problems and size opportunities.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Strong ownership and ability to operate independently in ambiguity.
