Lead Risk Advisor Assistant

📋 Description

• Serve as primary ops and account servicing support for Risk Advisors.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters on new business and renewals.
• Support placement/servicing of commercial policies (GL, Property, WC, Auto, Umbrella).
• Prepare and issue COIs, endorsements, and coverage documents.
• Review policies for accuracy and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Maintain records in CRM and carrier portals; monitor timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience servicing U.S. commercial insurance accounts.
• Experience working directly with carriers and underwriters on commercial lines.
• Experience supporting manually underwritten policies (submissions, renewals).
• Knowledge of GL, Property, WC, Commercial Auto, Umbrella coverages.
• Experience with COIs, endorsements, and policy checks.
• Hands-on use of AMS/insurance management systems.
